1. Costumes must include at least one We Love Colors product.
2. You may only upload once for photos and once for videos. Multiple uploads will be deleted.
3. You may include up to two shots in the same upload.
4. Include what We Love Colors product(s) you are wearing in the photo and/or video.
5. Videos must be no longer than 20 seconds in the following formats: .MPG, .WMV, .AVI or .MOV
6. Vulgar or inappropriate costumes will not be considered and will be deleted.
7. In the event of a tie, We Love Colors staff will pick the winner based on creativity and merit.
