Return & Exchange Policy
At We Love Colors, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns or exchanges on select items within 30 days of delivery. Please review the guidelines below to determine eligibility.
Eligible Items for Return/Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges for the following items :
- Leotard Style 5004
- Unworn, unopened gloves
- Shoelaces
- Unworn, unopened socks
All other items are considered intimate wear and are non-refundable.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition (clean, unwashed, and free of pet hair).
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the item cost.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees. For typical orders (1-5 items) within the USA, estimated shipping costs range from $4 to $7. Be sure to include your payment method on the Return/Exchange Form to avoid delays.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt at our Miami location. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your account. In many cases much sooner.
Late Returns/Exchanges
- After 30 days, a restocking fee of 20% applies.
- After 60 days, a 40% restocking fee applies.
- No returns accepted after 120 days.
High-Value & Bulk Returns
For returns valued at $200+ (or over 10 items) within 120 days, a 20% restocking fee applies. Returns valued at $500+ (or over 20 items) will be assessed a 40% fee.
Special Orders
Special orders, custom colors or sale items are non refundable.
