I was originally going to strut out the door with this little number on solo, tied at the waist with a sash, showing off the fluttery sleeves. Then my man at WDUQ said it was 33 degrees and that it was going to be cold again. I felt cold. So I threw on a wool cardi and this wool plaid skirt. I have to say, thank goodness I did. It’s downright blustery out there!
