I was recommended to your website through a youtube tutorial. I am happy with my purchase for an upcoming cosplay. I was especially excited to hear about your color matching with mehron makeup, but the learning sections were difficult to navigate through in order to find that.

Attempted to narrow down a search by gender and item type but it didn't have as many parameters as I assumed. Restated search and narrowed it down easily. Layout and search is good, there is just so much to choose from!!

very easy process, liked that there were lots of shipping options. Just had trouble with inputing my debit card, it wouldn't take it so I used PayPal.

I spent over $300 today so I hope everything comes back to my liking! I would have greatly appreciated a free shipping component for spending over a certain amount so that was disappointing since there wasn't free shipping. The survey also asks about our shopping experience but I won't know exactly until my merchandise comes back.
