I love all the physical items for sale, it makes cosplay so easy. But I wish there was more variety in pink, the only one is very purple and I've had to make and dye pink arm socks and tights myself when I would've rather purchased from here.

I spent over $300 today so I hope everything comes back to my liking! I would have greatly appreciated a free shipping component for spending over a certain amount so that was disappointing since there wasn't free shipping. The survey also asks about our shopping experience but I won't know exactly until my merchandise comes back.
The website is easy to follow and descriptive. It has a wide variety of colors and options that allow us as the customer to get creative and look forward to purchasing. I would recommend maybe a points system for those with an account to get some type of discount. It would keep buyers motivated to purchase more and be satisfied with their purchases.
