The website is slightly laggy, the layout of the site is kinda weird and looks funky on mobile. But other than that, the options are laid out very clearly, plenty of real product photos I can't wait till receive my first purchase and see how it fits!

I love the various color options but hate that they aren't available in larger sizes for the styles that I want. Like the unitards. It would be great if they went up to at least a 4X.
I found it easy to find the mehron color matches and the products I needed to turn me into yhe blue character I’m working on.

hi, yeah, this was great, except that NOWHERE on your site is a place for me to actually create an account with you. There's just a "login," which most (all?) shopping sites then have a "don't have an account? make one here!" link. or some such. There's nothing like that here. I don't get it. So I'm buying something from you out of desperation, but I wouldn't if I could avoid it, as I haven't been able to make an account. That has me feel quite unsafe as a buyer. If I didn't have this as a recommendation from the 501st, with whom I am affiliated, I would NOT make the purchase here.

Easy to go through the menus to get the product I was looking for -- longsleeve scoopneck leotards. I bought one a few weeks ago to make sure of the fit, and it fits, so I wanted more colors (maybe that will inspire me to get to the gym!). Ordering process was easy, though it was a little weird logging in once I had my cart full. It works better if you login as soon as you get to the website -- saves some confusion. Once I got logged in, it filled in all the forms for me (address etc). Easy to select shipping option. "Normal" shipping is the only relatively inexpensive one. Payment by PayPal was easy.
Quality products, good range of sizes and colors. BUT Did you have to hold up my whole order, just because one color of tights was on backorder? You could have sent the colors that were in stock right away, and ship the backordered colors separately later. Or at the very least, you could have told me that the whole order was held up because one item was on backorder.
